Instructions to Authors
Plenary lectures will last 50 minutes, regular oral presentations in the parallel sessions 20 minutes including discussions.
PC with screen projectors and overhead projectors will be available in all conference rooms. Computers will be based on Windows XP with PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat software.
Authors are advised to save their presentation on CD. The use of the author’s computers is not possible.
Any other requirements should be indicated to the Organisers prior the conference. Poster panels will be 1.80m height and 1.05m wide, allowing A0 format.
